I love flexible workouts, some days I have a little more time and would like to get in a longer workout.  This is one of the things that I like most about the 10 Minute Trainer workout program developed by Tony Horton for Beachbody.






 





 







Each Segment is 10 Minutes Long

Each workout in the ten minute trainer workout system is, well, 10 minutes long.  It does come with a workout schedule so if you don't like to make up your own schedule.  You can elect to run all workouts on each disc or just an individual workout. You can also run a quick 2 minute warm up and cool down before and after each workout.

Tony Horton's training style come through each workout so I you like P90X but cannot handle the intensity, give the 10 minute trainer a try. You can purchase it here:  10 Minute Trainer.
