The question is, "How do you keep hydrated during your workout exercises?" With all of the workout beverages on the market it is some times hard to know what to do and what is best for you.


Workout Exercises

I know a number of people who regularly run marathons, in my opinion one of the most demanding sporting events to take part in. Most of them use some supplements to replace the large amount of electrolytes that their body looses during the run. They all drink and douse themselves with water.
